Vom Erst Kontakt bis zum Schluss nur positiv. Ich habe 2,5 Jahre hier gewohnt und war echt zufrieden mit allem und ich würde es immer wieder machen. Direkt an der Isar gelegen und schön zum erholen und die U3 ist auch Fußläufig in nur einigen Minuten zu erreichen

Dieser Standort ist geschlossen und der Betreiber ist insolvent! Auf die bereits seit mehreren Monaten bestehende Buchung kam keine Stornierung oder sonstige Info des Betreibers. Unter der Telefonnummer ist niemand mehr zu erreichen und die Infos konnte man erst durch einige Recherche erhalten. Daher 0-Sterne für den Umgang mit bereits getätigten Reservierungen!!

Ich hatte hier Apartments angefragt. Verfügbar waren nur noch die Single Apartment Plus für 950€/Monat. Zum Glück habe ich aber nach aktuellen Fotos gefragt, weil das Apartment, was mir angeboten wurde, leider rein gar nichts mit den schön abgelichteten Apartments auf der Homepage zu tun hatte. Nach näherem Nachhaken, hatte ich schließlich das Gefühl, dass ich abgewürgt wurde, richtig freundlich war die Kommunikation auch nicht. Ich schätze die relativ negativen Bewertungen auf Google und Facebook haben ihren Grund. Schade!

We were a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but after staying here for about a week, this is our impression. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet. As far as we understood, housekeeping is provided once a week. It would be great if the trash could be taken out more often. The location is nice, with a grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants and bars along the street. Despite that, it’s very quiet at night. As for the downsides, there is no washing machine in the room. Laundry room service is available for an extra charge of €8 per wash, which feels a bit overpriced. The air conditioning is also preset to 19°C with no option to adjust the temperature. It’s also a little far from the historic city center about a 30-minute walk. On the other hand, the neighborhood itself is quiet and pleasant. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, although we felt it was slightly overrated.

Siendo completamente honesta con mi estancia: La entrada es muy fácil, el código funciona perfectamente. Es un barrio tranquilo, a 30 minutos andando del centro más o menos. El edificio se ve nuevo. Cuando entras en la habitación, parece que esté todo limpio y ordenado. Sin embargo, mi queja principal viene de la limpieza. Había restos de heces del huésped anterior en el Vater, y pelos por todas partes. Había mucho polvo, como si no se hubiese limpiado la habitación hace días. Los pelos también estaban en la cama, lo cual me pareció inaceptable. Les contacté y es verdad que me ofrecieron un cambio de habitación al momento y limpiaron la inicial al día siguiente, pero de verdad, tienen que mejorar en la limpieza. Es inaceptable entregar un apartamento así. Por todo lo demás, bien.
