War gestern zum 2. Mal vor Ort, dieses Mal zur gr. Inspektion meines C300de. Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich, angegebener Preis passte auch, schneller fertig als vorher gedacht, inkl. einer Standard-Autowäsche und Leihwagen. Kurz, toller Service, weiter so. Ich komme gerne wieder, auch für meinen zukünftigen Zweitwagen.

Edit after receiving your response: It is not that I am assuming that his behaviour was rude. Your sales person directly told me 3 times that my behaviour looks very diabolical or doubtful . But more specifically he told me not to contact your dealership anytime in future as im not welcome. This is not my first Mercedes purchase or not my first supercar purchase and but I have never seen this kind of response from any car dealer. Secondly, you were not bound to hold the car for me. Because I never signed the contract and returned back to you because i knew there is a lot of paperwork and I kept you guys updated because the banks here takes a lot of time here especially with the balance, sheets and profit and loss account when the vehicle is in my company name. I run 4-5 businesses own 10 houses in 3 continents and have 40 employees and I've never spoken to any of my employees or even to a homeless person in this way. Every human being deserves respect, but this guy seems unfit to talk to a human being, let alone a high paying client. Very rude customer service. After negotiating on 2 cars and finalizing a 165.000 car AMG GT63 and finalizing the deal, i was waiting for my bank to approve the payment and the bank was asking me for more and more documents as the car was supposed to be in my business name. Stefan Lusmöller from Day 1 acted extremely arrogant as if he is doing a favour on me by selling this car to me. The 1st two times I ignored it but he acted super rude for the 3rd time with me and that made me write this review. If you cannot be patient then you should not be talking to customers. Stefan should bring his head back to earth from the clouds otherwise he will only bring negativity to everyone around him, it is unbelievable how he can be just greedy after your money but with zero etiquette, he will not achieve anything in life. I hope the management takes a note of it otherwise he will only bring bad publicity to your company. Best of luck.
