Ich habe ein Box für eine Freunding bestellt. Durch einen technischen Fehler gab es etwas Verspätung in der Lieferung, was sehr transparent kommuniziert wurde. Nach Anfrage ist die Mitarbeiterin auf meine darauffolgende Wünsche komplett eingegangen, was für excellente Kundenservice spricht. Meine Freundin hat die Macarons und Erdbeeren in perfektem Zustand bekommen.

This review refers exclusively to the food area after the checkouts. By that, I mean the bakery section and the Asian stand and their adjacent seating. After shopping in the supermarket, which I found perfectly fine, I was hungry and wanted something to eat and a coffee. I find it quite unprofessional and inappropriate when the person behind the counter selling me foods appears in their private casual clothes. In this case, the woman was wearing green sweatpants. One of the employees appears to have brought her child with her for childcare. Appropriate utensils, such as crayons, were spread out on a table in the customer area. Speaking of the customer area, the employees in the Asian department had also settled down there for a sumptuous meal. At least one of them was watching videos on their cell phone with the sound turned up loud, which was simply annoying to me. In general, the conversations between the employees were too loud as well during business hours with customers around. Perhaps I'm a bit too critical, but I found the staff's behavior during my stay disrespectful. And I don't think wearing sweatpants while handling food is hygienically acceptable. I'd rather not judge the taste of the things I ate, because it‘s almost not worth to mention.
