I was at St. Martinus Krankenhaus for an MRI (MRT in German) last Friday morning and it was a quick and professional experience. Despite no longer having Private Health Insurance (I could write a comedy about my transition from Private to General health insurance in Germany), I managed to book an early morning appointment with 3 days’ notice using the Radiologie 360° portal. The hospital is about 30km from my home (just over 20 minutes by car) and since I could drive it was better than having to wait up to 2 weeks or more to get 1 closer or even much further away. I arrived at St. Martinus Krankenhaus 20 minutes before the appointment as advised in the appointment emails I received and was greeted by a very pleasant lady at reception. She spoke to me in German that even I could understand and she helped and advised me with a couple of the questions on the registration form. I was then immediately directed to the MRI department. On the way I passed by a couple of other members of staff who smiled politely as I walked by. The lady at the MRI department was also very pleasant and helpful and explained everything that was about to happen (she offered to explain in English, but I politely declined). She then started the MRI. Before I knew it the process was over, I got dressed, waited a few minutes at reception to pick up my CD and returned home. I was in and out of the hospital in just over 1 hour. I would definitely recommend using St. Martinus Krankenhaus and the Radiologie 360° portal for booking appointments. Thank you.

Einen Termin bekommt man zwar schnell da wird sich aber leider nicht dran gehalten, Wartezeit von mehr als einer Stunde, warum dann einen Termin?

Heute aufgrund starker Schmerzen, ohne Termin und als Neupatient, die Möglichkeit zur Untersuchung und Diagnose, erhalten. Der behandelnde Arzt kompetent und lösungsorientiert. Das Praxisteam isr sehr nett und zuvorkommend und lässt sich, freundlich bestimmt, auch nicht durch eine absolut unverschämt und anmassend agierende Patientin aus dem Konzept bringen. Hier kann Herr Barbian und auch der Verbund 360° sehr stolz auf dieses Team sein.
