I need to say that 1 star is still too much for this company as they do not even deserve this much. I had an agreement with this company for one of the apartments that I was supposed to move in this month to while relocating from another country. I was accepted as a tenant, I got a tenant number, the price was agreed on, my move-in date was agreed on, and I was informed the contract for me is in preparation. A couple of weeks later (it was before Christmas time) while this company started to ignore my emails, I was informed by a friend that lives in the same building that someone moved into that flat. I called them to ask for explanation and help. I was told they do not care cause they no longer are responsible for the apartment and they are not going to help me. They were frankly quite annoyed I even called them and asked why our agreement was broken and there was no contact from their side. I then emailed the person that was in charge of me and as of today I am still ignored. This company is not to be trusted. Edit: To the response - I did indeed ask if you accept Mietkautionsbürgschaft, I also stated I am happy to pay deposit in cash. I have sent 2 or 3 follow-up emails after that question that were ignored. So please just take the criticism and at least apologise for the fact that due to your ignorance I was exposed to huge costs. You did not have the respect to send me a single email after telling me to wait for the contract that you are renting it to someone else so don't act like you are the hurt party. Also flagging this response to Google twice for slander and here I quote "never been in contact or business with" just shows a lot about your practices.
