We tried to export goods to Indonesia. It's a crazy headache with them First tried to use their customer service handling it. After a few emails got no more response, while they would be checking it with their shipper. At the end found a forwarder. Send it to their warehosue. And was missing some documents. They can't provide it after shipping, since we confirmed it goes to spain and stayed there. What we ment was in the warehouse, not permanently. But it was super unclear, we got emails in English, German and Spanish. This conversation was in Spanish (not my language, we just used chatGPT). They seem unwilling to help and would rather make it as hard as possible to get it done, instead of looking for solutions. Order number: 2584829058

Ich habe einen Artikel online bestellt. Nach über 2 Wochen habe ich nachgefragt und es wurde mir gesagt, dass der Artikel nicht lieferbar ist. (Warum kann ich ihn dann überhaupt online bestellen?) Es wurde ein Ersatzartikel angeboten. Das ist jetzt nochmal 2 Wochen gedauert und noch immer kein Versand. Auch habe ich niemals eine Benachrichtigung erhalten darüber!
