Unfortunately, their customer service has been very poor. It has been one month since I requested a cost estimate for a Service B on my car. In addition, Iglhaut is not responding to my emails anymore. I find it disappointing that, after an entire month, a Mercedes-Benz dealership is still unable to provide a cost estimate for a routine service. I ended up contacting another Mercedes-Benz dealer and received the estimate on the same day.
