Top Service und freundliche Beratung! Ich habe beim BMW Autohaus Krauth GmbH & Co. KG wegen eines bestimmten Teils für meinen BMW X1 E84 (Bj. 2014) angerufen und wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Nach dem Telefonat hat mich Herr Kevin Piekorz sogar nochmals zurückgerufen und mir mehrere Optionen sowie hilfreiche Informationen gegeben, um mir die Arbeit zu erleichtern. Vielen Dank dafür!

Rephrased: The communication regarding my queries was bad. I was given blunt, and vague answers that felt rude. Initially, I was told that delivery times are 3.5 months, later, I received a tentative delivery date which was 5 months in future. I contacted them to get more clarification regarding this change. I was just told that "BMW cannot schedule your vehicle earlier. We have no influence on this." There was no explanation for the delay, no confirmation on the new delivery date, nothing. This should not be an acceptable answer from a car dealer. Being aware of and working together with the production timelines is least expected from a car dealer. Really disappointed that I am stuck with this car dealer for the new car now. Will definitely try to avoid any future interaction as much as possible, even if it means taking car for elsewhere for usual Service.
