Ich habe mir zum ersten Mal ein Fahrzeug in einem Autohaus zugelegt. Habe mich für BMW & MINI Autowelt Schmidt Lünen entschieden, weil ich vom ersten Kundengespräch mit Herrn Nils Heyna eine sehr freundliche ,informative und kompetente Beratung bekommen habe. Darüber hinaus lief alles absolut reibungslos, professionell und zügig ab ,ob per Mail, telefonisch oder auch vor Ort. Ein sehr freundlicher und angenehmer junger Mann. Vielen lieben Dank an Herrn Heyna Von mir gibt es als kleines Dankeschön eine 5 Sterne Bewertung und eine 10/10.

I contacted the BMW branch in Lünen to inquire about getting a replacement key for my 2025 BMW X5, which I use for work in Dubai. During the phone call, I clearly stated—twice—that the car is not located in Germany. The employee I spoke with assured me that this would not be a problem and asked me to bring specific documents, which I carefully prepared. I then drove over 60 kilometers to the branch based on this information, expecting a smooth process. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was surprised to find that the same employee who had confirmed everything refused to speak with me in person. Instead, I was passed to another employee who appeared inexperienced. Rather than offering a proper explanation or apology, I was simply told, “We didn’t know the car was not in Germany,” which contradicted what I had clearly communicated over the phone. I’m sharing this review to express my disappointment with the lack of professionalism and poor communication I experienced at this branch. When a customer owns a vehicle worth over €100,000, it’s reasonable to expect a higher standard of service and client handling. I hope BMW will take this feedback seriously and work to improve the customer experience in such cases.
