Vom ersten Kontakt über die Bestellung, bis zur Auslieferung meines neuen Autos eine sehr kompetente und vor allem sehr zuverlässige Arbeit. Immer für Anliegen erreichbar und sehr gewissenhaft und gründlich in allen Angelegenheiten. Für mich der beste Ansprechpartner beim Autokauf, den ich jemals hatte. Driving the best car, but with a very poor customer service experience, so sad and shocking. Premium car, not a premium customer service. There should be at least some minimum requirement, like a greeting smile if nothing else. I don't know if it was the age of my BMW, maybe if I had the newer one, I would get a friendlier service. As a proud BMW driver for 10 years, love the car, so disappointed by customer service. Unfortunately I am not the only case here. Please do have your employees review the customer service handbook at least twice a year, maybe there could be an improvement in customer satisfaction, if that is at all important to you. From now on I will rather go to a no name car shop than come again to your service!
