Such unfriendly behaviour and treatment from Mr Rollwage. First I booked an appointment for probefahrt at 11 am but when we get there he says oh I am not aware and I have no license plates. Whats the point of making an appointment then? I waste my time and energy to come there. No sorry was said even basic courtesy to say please have a sit was not offered. People are more polite to dogs than this guy. I will write to Puegeot central team too that how can such employees be in customer service? Shame! Maybe he didn’t like our skin colour and was racist or not sure what his issue was.
