I purchased 2 lots in May 2022 (!!!) and still have not received them. I understand there have been difficulties post-Brexit for firearms but this is unacceptable. Despite waiting nearly 3 years I am still unsure what I have paid for. I was sent an invoice that I paid but the amount charged was different. I have sent countless emails and only ever received a reply to a few. Although they have attempted to put all the responsibility in export delays it does not explain the terrible communication, refusal to offer a refund or generally help me at all. I even asked if they could resell my items at their next auction so I could get my money back but not reply. This auction house sells some very good items but I will never use them again. I urge any buyers to be very careful before they bid. If you are in the UK you should not bid at all.
