I walked into Brillen Bell this morning and was greeted very friendly. I explained how I had managed to damage my glasses and they quickly repaired the damage. I was also able to leave a second pair of glasses for repair. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service, the speed at which my problem was solved, and the kind employees. As someone who just arrived in Münster, I can say that I have found my new Optician. Well done, Brillen Bell!

II booked an appointment at 09:45 for sight check and to order a pair of glasses. They open at 09:30 so there not so much time to accumulate delay. I waited until 10:15 (30 minutes) and I left because they think it's ok to waste my time. It is sad to see that Deutsche Bahn standards are the new general standards for this country. Never again
