Bin sehr zufrieden dort.

I found in internet that eyes+more in Arcaden, Erlangen will do eyes check for free. As I need new glasses I took an appointment and was there at right time. After 20 minutes of waiting shop assistant said, that I should buy the glasses from them and they would do eyes check. I said that I did not find any glasses there suits me. She said that she would not do any check, because it is waisting of time without profit. I said I can pay for the test, if she insist. She said that she can not help me. I was shocked. Maybe I will write a letter to Verbraucherzentrale and ask, why people are misled by a free service if the service is paid for.
