Wie waren heute gegen 12 da um etwas zu trinken und eine Kleinigkeit zu essen, erste Eindruck war sehr positiv. Das ganze wendete sich dann aber doch recht schnell. Wir saßen gut 10 Minuten vor der Karte bis dann mal eine Servicekraft zu uns kam. Es dauert 20 Minuten bis wir unseren Kaffe und knapp 40 Minuten bis wir unser Essen bekamen. Preis-Leistung stimmt leider gar nicht. Für 16€ bekommt man eine Scheibe Brot mit Avocadocreme und Ei. Sieht alles super aus, schmeckt aber lasch und die Creme war wahrscheinlich auch nicht frisch. Cappuccino kommt in schicken Tassen, leider aber kalt. Wer Fotos machen möchte ist hier super aufgehoben, geschmacklich taugt es aber nichts und kostet viel.

The food was a 0/10. Waited for over 45 mins for my omelette (with no avocado) to be ICE COLD, so I asked them to remake it and they did. Now you may be thinking “what’s wrong with that? They made a mistake and fixed it” WRONG! I got a new omelette about ten seconds later and it was lukewarm. They told me they brought it from another table. Der beste Matcha in ganz Freiburg! Die Qualität ist top und die Zubereitung einfach perfekt. Die Yogurt-Bowl war leider nicht mein Fall, aber für den Matcha komme ich definitiv wieder. Das Personal ist immer bemüht, sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich willkommen.

Sorry, aber ich fand das essen leider sehr schlecht :( Das Omelette war gar nicht gewürzt und die „Avocadocreme“ war einfach plain Avocado.. keine Gewürze, nichts. Zu einer Avocadocreme gehört einfach bisschen Salz, Pfeffer, Chilli, Zitronensaft uvm.. dadurch hat alles einfach nur Fad geschmeckt 🥲 sehr schade! Cafe Marmell is now one of my favorite places in Freiburg, great aura, beautiful and clean place, incredible staff and service. Drinks 100/10 and the food was delicious. Wir waren heute bei bestem Wetter dort und fanden alle super. Der Iced Matcha Latte und die Kuchen waren sehr lecker! Service war sehr nett.
Prinzipiell okay, waren schon öfters hier aber der service ist so langsam man wartet oft 15 min bis man überhaupt bedient wird
Für ästhetische Fotos kann man das Café durchaus empfehlen. Geschmacklich war es nichts besonderes. Leider mussten wir auch über eine halbe Stunde auf unser Essen und unsere Getränke warten.. wobei andere, die viel später kamen schon bedient wurden. Auf Nachfrage kam keine Reaktion, geschweige denn eine Entschuldigung für die lange Wartezeit. Sehr unhöfliches und gelangweiltes Personal..
