Disappointing. Car went in to replace a rear windscreen wiper spindle, oil change and diagnosis of starting problem. Brand suddenly insisted that there was an electrical issue and the footwell module needed replacing. Paid them CHF 650 extra to do this and it didn’t seem there was any choice. Von fünf Menschen vor Ort, war gerade mal einer hilfsbereit. Die Dame am Empfang ist an Unfreundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten, genau wie die zwei Herren, die blöd schauend um die Autos schlichen, anstatt in einer Notsituation zu helfen. Und auch der letzte, in seinem Abschleppwagen lieber zuschauend als mithelfend.
Wurden nach einer Panne Am Gotthardpass abgeschleppt. Wollten nach Mailand in den Urlaub. Abschleppdienst super gekümmert um Auto und um uns. Ich war mit meinen zwei Mädels unterwegs. Haben für uns Hotel organisiert, da der ADAC von Deutschland aus zu lange gebraucht hat. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben und sicher, dass einer da ist der uns hilft. Super Team!
