Positive Punkte sind die gute Lage, die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, die modernen Ausstattungen und das freundliche Personal. Negativ wird vor allem die Unfreundlichkeit einiger Mitarbeiter, Mängel in der Sauberkeit, Probleme mit dem Fernseher sowie die unzureichende Reaktion auf Beschwerden genannt. Einige Gäste bemängeln auch die Lautstärke in der Umgebung und das Fehlen von Annehmlichkeiten wie einem Frühstück oder angemessener Möblierung.
Prima hotel, nette binnenkomst receptie en bar. Kamer netjes en schoon. Goeie bedden en linnengoed. In het centrum dus overal vlakbij. Wemelt van de diverse restaurants rond het hotel. Parkeren is lastig, 300meter verderop overdekte parkeergarage aanwezig
5/27當地時間中午櫃檯，員工不是很友善。廣告上說有免費的咖啡，員工說壞掉了不知道多久才會修好。 櫃檯旁邊（站在櫃檯的地方）有個女性在我們問問題時在一旁嘲笑。我問她在笑什麼，她說她不是那裏的員工，我感到好奇，不是員工能站在櫃檯的地方？難道公司沒有管制畢竟電腦有你們的客戶資料系統以及收銀台。 現場要加收4歐元城市稅。 房間水槽排水不好，廁所管線很臭，環境清潔度感覺不夠，因為床一直讓人發癢。 除了地點好，實在不推薦。
Nice apartment room. Right in the city which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Terrible location. Full of homeless during daytime. Location made me feel totally unsafe and threaten. Also, rooms are old and look different than in the pictures from online. They didn t want to give the room earlier claiming that hotel is full despite the fact that it was empty. Conclusion: AVOID this place, AVOID this area.
Booked this on Booking.com and placed the wrong dates / month in quickly realised and rang the hotel but number didn’t work asked on line to change dates as still wanted to stay but had chosen the wrong dates my mistake, sent a request to change dates and was refused out of hand called Booking.com who asked the hotel to switch the dates as there was plenty of available times but again got a flat refusal to refund so we could book the correct date
Très joli, design, en plein centre ville. |En entrant dans l’appartement on est séduit par le look. Mais …|Côté pratique c’est pas franchement ça. Le frigo est le plus petit que j’ai vu, même en camping car c’est plus grand. Couverts et ustensiles de cuisine plus que limités. |Déçu
