You contacted our company on May 14. At that time, we only had one car delivered. The other two vehicles were still in delivery and were due to arrive on May 17th. You received from us all the necessary information about the car that was in our parking lot. After that, you informed us that you want to come to us on May 21-22 and asked to reserve a car. Our employee informed you that a reserve for such a long period is possible with an advance payment only if you are already ready to buy a car based on the information you received about the car. You said that you want to first see our car and cars from other dealers and then make a purchase decision. You were informed that in this case we do not reserve the car and that it can be sold within this period, since the demand for it was very high. At the same time, you were informed that we will receive two more of these cars on May 17 and that the documents for these cars will arrive within 2 weeks after the delivery of these cars. You were satisfied with all these conditions, despite the fact that you had a long road to Germany. The first car was, unfortunately, sold. On May 21, we sent you additional photos of the cars that arrived on May 18 and once again repeated that the documents for these cars will be delivered approximately on June 5. Unfortunately, you apparently did not listen very carefully to our employee or forgot this information, since she provided you with all the information about the condition of the cars and information about the availability of documents. We expected you on May 21-22, but on May 23 you informed us that you had already bought a car from another dealer. We apologize for any misunderstandings and will take your recommendations into account in the future. We wish you all the best with your new car!
