We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM but only received our room card at 11:30 PM. There was a large crowd and just one slow staff member handling check-ins. We asked for a fan because the room was very hot, but the staff said we might need to pay a €20 deposit and still seemed unwilling to provide it, even though we were ready to pay. Very poor staffing and service for the number of guests. Not recommended.
I've been wanting to lose myself for a long time. Luckily, I finally found the maze I wasn't looking for, though it wasn’t easy. I’m not sure whether the lab rat or I am more successful — but I’m on the lab rat’s side. If you, too, want to lose yourself for a moment, then this is exactly the place you’re looking for!"

Sky bar is a highlight and setup + location cannot be complained about, but the rooms are hot and I think cannot be recommended in the summer. Aggressive signs (ignore them) tell you to not fully open the windows for safety and use the ventilation system. Dirty rooms, barely any amenities, high prices, no ventilation, very hot in summer, no charger near the beds, no proper locker service, overworked and understaffed reception and cleaning. Can only say negative things about the place. Only reason it has 2 stars and not 1 star is because at least the bed was clean and the bedding provided was fresh as well. Siamo 3 ragazzi italiani e abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per 4 notti. Le camere e i letti sono molto confortevoli, dotati anche di un comodo armadietto dove poter tenere i bagagli (è necessario portare un lucchetto). Il bagno, seppur piccolo, è molto comodo. Kamers prima van formaat en redelijk schoon. De gedeelde keuken was echter te klein voor het formaat hostel en spoelbak zat al enige tijd verstopt, gaf onhygiënische geur af, hierdoor ook geen gebruik gemaakt van deze keuken. Nie wieder! Nach einer Nacht haben wir das Hotel gewechselt. In den Zimmern riecht es unangenehm. Bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer auch nicht richtig sauber. Die Dusche lief nicht ab, sodass fast es komplette Bad unter Wasser stand. Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte auch nicht. The hostel was fine overall taking into consideration that its one of the cheapest choices while staying in Munich. The room was really small, renovated and seemed clean. Situacija: da se aktivira alarm u pola noci, a da se: 1. Ne zna zasto je do toga ni doslo. 2. Da niko od zaposlenih ne reaguje adekvatno, vec da puste goste da se ponasaju i snalaze svako po svom nahodjenju. Bez da daju bilo kakve informacije, bez da daju bilo kakve instrukcije, sto je mnogo bitnije... u ozbiljnom smestajnom objektu, takvi propusti su nezamislivi.
