Wir waren zu sechst für eine Nacht hier und es war alles in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit eigenem Bad. Gute Lage und mit der Tram (ca. 4 Stationen) ist man schnell am Hauptbahnhof. Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung.
Almost everything in my room was broken. The locker, shower handle has crack in it. The outlet on my bed was totally pushed in. You also have to collect and set all your own sheets. Would not stay here again. But it is close to the bus station.
Good location, I got a irrational couple who didn't respect quiet hour by noisy, drinking and smoking in the room. Fortunately, my roommates came to complain in the reception on 2nd day, I joined them then the staff called police to kicked them out. After check out, to use the toilet it needs to ask keycard every time I need which is not practical
I had a very bad experience at the A&O Hostel in Munich. Firstly, I checked into a room that was completely disgusting. A corner of the room was almost like a pantry, full of food and condiments, as if someone had been living there. I was met with dirty dishes, a dirty bathroom, etc. The sheets I had to get myself from a "sheets cabinet" had holes in them and smelled almost like vinegar. Beim Einchecken wurde vereinbart, dass das Bett auf dem unteren Etagenbett sein würde. Der männliche Mitarbeiter hat uns zweimal ein Zimmer gegeben, das sich im Nachhinein als nicht bezugsfertig herausstellte. Jugendherberge die komplett abgewohnt ist. Mitarbeiter sprechen kein Deutsch. Frühstück besser nicht buchen, nur eine Kaffeemaschine für gefühlte 200 Leute. Eine Absteige für Niveaulose.
Nicht empfehlenswert, keine Tischkicker oder Billardtisch wie angegeben, Bar hatte nicht offen und die "Küche" reicht bei weitem nicht für die Anzahl der Gäste.
