I had a comfortable single room. My stay was quite comfortable - the room was cool and dark, and the noise from the street wasn’t too noticeable. The location is very convenient from the Hauptbahnhof. This hostel reminded me of a decent U.S. hotel room more than a hostel.
Very kind receptionists! Location is good as well. The other downsides are normal considering the costs.

Хотел бы вам посоветовать этот отель потому что там спокойный персонал и отзывчивые ребята! Из минусов только есть кондиционер, его вообщем та нет, но дают вентиляторы или дуйку на ночь , чтоб не было так жарко как летом. Воду можно попросить у персонала, они дают с радостью🙂
Персонал разговаривает на разных языка « Английский, немецкий, украинский и русский»
Заселиться можно в любое время, они работаю круглосуточно!

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach großartig! Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, mit vielen frischen Produkten. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

amazingly located hotel in Cologne and well priced for that too! stayed here with my partner for a couple of nights and it was a lovely time. the lady at the front desk was dealing with a difficult customer when we arrived so took some time to check us in, but accommodated us so kindly after being spoken to rudely, so we are grateful to her for that! any issues we came across were solved promptly so i was grateful ^_^

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
When I arrived, I was treated very poorly by the receptionist. I was shocked by her attitude and the way she spoke to me in front of other guests. When I tried to express my discomfort, she threatened to kick me out of the hotel. I asked to speak to a manager, but she said there was none available and yelled at me to “just go to your room.”

Me voy a extender un poco porque creo que vale la pena que os cuente mi experiencia.
