This shop is THE BEST 🤩 Julia was so helpful and shared with us some tips and tricks for a better Berlin experience! We had a wonderful conversation, also she recommended which Westwood collection is better to buy (in terms of rarity). I was so happy and inspired when leaving the shop! Kleiner Store eigentlich ganz süß aber die Mitarbeiterin ist ziemlich unfreundlich bzw. etwas passiv aggressiv, weshalb ich mich letztendlich dazu entschied den Schmuck und die Tasche lieber online zu bestellen. Ich würde euch auch den Online Shop empfehlen, vorbeischauen lohnt sich definitiv nicht. Wonderful place with amazing employees! During my stay in Berlin, I stumbled upon the shop by chance while buying in the shop next door, string for a gift. I went there a several times and they were always so nice. We tried to visit the store but there was already a queue outside due to their "2 customers at a time" policy. Since it was freezing we left after a 20 minute wait and came back an hour later. There were still the same two customers from before inside, just idly chatting to the clerk. Amazing shop, the customer service was out of this world! Was super busy but even then she did everything to have all my questions answered and the clerk was so learned. -Managed to find a couple things they don't even have online!
This is such a great shop! Small shop but they fit in a great selection. Ive been to the English shop, but this one has a vibe mixed with Berlin style which I like. I have to say thank you. I'm really dumb and slow with picking and trying things. The store clerk was such an angel and had so much patience and advise.
The staff is so unfriendly ???? One of them kept starring at me for no reason and didn't even say hello. The other one asked if we wanted help and then started talking about ordering something online to the other worker as if they weren't in the middle of work. Sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter. Ich wollte nach einem bestimmten Artikel fragen, der Mitarbeiter ist mir aber ins Wort gefallen und hat gesagt sie hätten ihn nicht vorrätig, obwohl ich noch nicht gesagt habe um was es sich handelt.
The staff was amazing and so helpful! The store is so pretty and the jewelry is great. I definitely recommend this to anyone who’s into jewelry.
