I had a very bad experience today. I made an appointment 1 week before and when I arrived they said that I made an appointment for 1 hour and they no time for any “complicated” manicure. cute and clean! and the nail specialist (Dagmara - sorry if in misspelling) didn’t over file, which is very hard to find in berlin. i’ve had a few compliments on my nails since getting them done :)
My experience was absolutely great. Dagmara was very kind and professional. I really appreciated how she took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel comfortable throughout. The hygiene and cleanliness standards are the best I’ve ever seen, which made the experience even better. In addition they all speak perfect English, so communication was easy and smooth!
Mein erster Besuch hat mich vollends überzeugt. Ich hatte eine einfache Maniküre, sowie Augenbrauen färben und zupfen bei Dagmara gebucht. Bei der Maniküre werden Einweg-Produkte und sterilisierte Werkzeuge verwendet - Hygiene also top! Meine Nagelhaut und meine Augenbrauen sahen noch nie so gut aus. Vielen Dank.
I've finally found the manicure I've been looking for. The Japanese manicure at Unframed is the cleanest. The attention to detail and hygiene is 5 stars.
