Ich habe für sechs Monate in diesem Studentenwohnheim in München gewohnt und es war eine großartige Erfahrung. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden, was die Fahrt ins Stadtzentrum erleichtert. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Stayed here for about 5 months. Clean facilities, nice room, quiet atmosphere, prompt handling of any requests by the administration or reception. They are a bit anal about getting all the required documents, but I guess some students aren't the most trustworthy bunch.
I stayed here for 7 months when I first came to Munich. The room is very nice, definitely enough for one person. The technical team and Mr.Blattner were helpful. The only major problem I had was the WiFi connection in the room where my bed was in wasn’t good. I couldn’t have proper video meetings and such. They tried to fix it but didn’t work at the end. I have been living here for six month (sept-feb). The service is ok, but it has a few issues. -Laundry is expensive (5,50€ clean and dry) -Fee of 20€ for kitchen keys -Do not leave food in the fridge of the kitchen because it can be stolen (It happened to me twice) -One of the receptionist who is normally in the afternoons is a bit disrespectful with people, he will almost spit at you when you ask for something. Wonderful environment and large room space. Stairways are cleaned every often. Snow accumulation is tackled every well during the winter. There are REWE, Aldi and lider nearby within 3-5min walking.
The campus is located 40 minutes from the city center and offers apartments that look like small hotel rooms. In case of any problems, one can always turn to the technicians or the reception at Stay.Residence, with which the campus is connected.
