There have been water issues twice in just one week! Suddenly, all the taps in the room stop working without any prior notice, and these situations last for about five hours. I find it hard to believe this is happening—it’s simply unacceptable in a normal residential community.

They make all kinds of excuses to refuse sending money to your “non-EU” account while the website clearly stated that they can send money to your international account. Got into a long email fight with customer service and one guy finally agreed to help me and he never replied again. I stayed at The Fizz between 2022 and 2023. The rooms are very expensive ! But only solution when you arrive and really want to live in Munich. Both office girls were very friendly.

It turned in a complete mess. Simple solution: Bring back the old house managers Kat and Stef.
I recommended the housing to my old school for international students. My reputation is destroyed now.

After each year or after each contract the increase the rent. They promote specials rates for renewing contract but it’s always higher. The first tenants started with 600 euro 3 years ago and now they have to pay 1100 for the smallest room. (15sqm)
