Es ist eine gute Option als neue Wohnung, richtig ausgestattet und mit freundlichem Personal. Die Universität befindet sich gegenüber dem Wohnheim und ein Supermarkt ist in der Ecke. Ich hatte eine schöne 3 Jahre Erfahrung hier. Ich würde es empfehlen.
My big appreciation to Rene the Fizz Bremen house manager for always being there for tenants with all of his heart! A very genuine person, who’s willing to help you out with anything! Or just have a small talk if you need😊
My partner and I have been living in a double studio apartment at The FIZZ Bremen for about a month now. The location is very convenient, right across from the campus. The apartment is modern, fully furnished, and the all-inclusive rent makes things very practical with no extra costs.
The common areas are spacious and clean. House Managers Frank and René are very attentive and provide quick support, which makes us feel secure here.

It is really good place if you want to live calm and steady life in Bremen. The Fizz team is very helpful and respectful, both online and offline service. Additionally, sometimes there are events where you can meet some new people. All in all, The Fizz is a good place to live, especially if you are pretty new to Bremen or Germany

I like the experience at the Fizz. It is very close to the University of Bremen and it is possible to book an apartment online (min for 6 months). The staff are helpful most of the times. Household appliances are available always and in pristine condition. However, the construction work is taking too long to finish and that is somewhat bothersome.
