Der verbaute Akku hat gerade mal 120 Ladezyklen ausgehalten. Ich befinde mich in den 24 Monaten des Gewährleistungszeitraums, der auch für eure verbauten Akkus gilt. Trotzdem wollt ihr nicht erstatten oder eine akzeptable Lösung finden. Nie wieder bei euch, da gehe ich lieber direkt zu Apple. Falls ihr es euch nochmal überlegen wollt, schreibt mir gerne oder ruft an, ansonsten lasse ich meine Ansprüche anwaltlich durchsetzen. Bis dahin.

Mega Laden. Der beste Kundenservice den ich je erlebt habe. Super freundlich. Super kompetene Schrauber*innen. Mein 15 Jahre alter Mac läuft dank ihnen immer weiter. Ich würde euch auch 10 Sterne geben.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Bin nach einem Flüssigkeitsschaden an meinem Macbook hingefahren und mein MB wurde sofort aufgenommen und am nächsten Tag hatte ich die Diagnose. Preis für die Diagnose war auch sehr fair.

Top service every time!!! Friendly and professional. You can get advice on your issue from an experienced technician on walk in basis. They also sell a selection of refurbished macs too. You can also get a little coffee here too ☕👌⌨️🖱️💻🖥️ Recommend 💯 percent!!!

Having just moved to Berlin from Australia I needed a European power adapter to switch out with my existing Mac charger. Asked the nice lady behind the desk and she handed it to me within a second - only cost 5 euros :)

Called to confirm he had a replacement screen, which he affirmed. When I showed up a half hour later, it turns out he didn't. So instead of spending 30 seconds doing his job, he had to waste an hour of mine. Amateur.
