Test Pilot is a fun, tiki bar located in the Funk Zone of Santa Barbara. We stopped by here while waiting for an event and really enjoyed the drinks we got. We got the Ken-Tiki Kentucky and Oaxan Dead. Both were great but we both agreed that the Ken-Tiki Kentycky was the better of the two. It was not crowded when we went but we both still enjoyed the atmosphere.

Issac is by fare the best bartender in town. He makes the best Millennial Falcon ever. If you ever go here ask for him and order one. You won’t regret it. Issac thank you wish you the best.
This is an AMAZING bar The drinks are so good, i enjoyed that the music wasnt too loud People working there were so nice and professional I enjoyed this bar so much and i can’t wait to be back! :D
The staff and the atmosphere are amazing! The drinks are tasty and really fun. The lighting is moody and cute and the tiki bar vibes are off the charts! Best part is it's really clean. Definitely a place to check out with family and friends.
Introducing Cap'n Mal. We met last night. He's the signature drink at Test Pilot. We had quite a conversation with our Bartender about his name and she agreed that he would be identified from hence forth by the name Cap'n Mal. I wanted to call him "Malgam" as a short form of Amalgamation. My girlfriend wanted to call him "Cap" because he is the Test Pilot. So we combined them!
