This company is a total joke, they are lying and they can’t clean at all. If I could I would give them minus 10.
Also the customer support  have an attitude that  makes you feel like you are the one that should have done the cleaning by your self.
My advice is that avoide this company they will just fool you

I am very happy with the service, I ordered last minute cleaning as i had a little emergency and the cleaner did a good job. The kitchen looks great. The cleaner was 30 minutes late but it wasn't an issue since i booked last minute. I called the customer support and they were helpful. I recommend to everyone. The best service in Berlin so far.

The cleaners are good hard working people it just seems that they don’t receive any training and need a lot of guidance during the clean which for me defeats the purpose of having someone come clean for you. Additionally I requested female cleaners because that what I’m comfortable with and they kept sending men so I canceled.

Cleaner’s Performance: The cleaner, who was paid for 3.5 hours of work, left after just two hours without completing the assigned tasks. One room was not cleaned at all, and I have camera footage to substantiate this claim.

We had a good experience in the beginning, it appears easy as you can schedule online. However on our first appointment, there were challenges in getting into contact with our cleaner. But the actual cleaner we had for several months was absolutely wonderful. This cleaner (sadly for us) got a new job and had to leave. In attempting to coordinate a replacement cleaner, we found the contact  assigned to us was inconsistent and poor with communicati…
The cleaner didn't even show up for the first appointment. When I asked support about this they said they would look into it and never got back to me.
Edit: My cleaning was scheduled for the 28th of JUNE. The email they are referring to said "Unfortunately, some team members are fully booked for the 27th of July," referring to the next scheduled cleaning service.

We had a moving out cleaning done by them on an empty apartment with extras but had to go and clean after them ourselves. Super disappointing.

I think SPIC and SPAN is a great option for people looking for English speaking help. My feedback would be that the vet their cleaners a bit more as some cleans were not to my standards though I am sure with training on their side this would be much better! Fast and easy response to all communication which is wonderful.
