There are absolutely some abuse issues from time to time but when we receive abuse complaints, we take down the websites in question. All abuse is followed up in 24-48 hours. Compared to our customers, our abuse rate is 0.8%.

Serverion is een bedrijf dat echt werkelijk niets doet met abusemeldingen die per mail binnenkomen. Alleen als je telefonisch contact opneemt met Des Capital wordt iets meegedaan. Nou ja voor wat dat waard is want vandaag weer volop brute force aanvallen van een op 16-11 doorgegeven ipadres van deze club.
Is er een vacature op jullie abuse afdeling? Aangezien misbruik rapporten sturen naar abuse@ geen resultaat blijken te hebben. Helaas resteert me niks anders dan jullie prefixes onder AS213035 te blokkeren. Ik ben zeker niet de enige systeembeheerder die jullie AS in de block lijst zet als er geen respons volgt.
Update: 7/8/2022 abuse@ doet dus haar werk echt niet ondanks meerdere reports van twee weken terug gaat misbruik gewoon door en ik zou …

Buiten ons automatische abuse systeem worden hosts offline gehaald bij abuse issues. Daarnaast word abuse eveneens handmatig gecontroleerd. Indien er issues zijn, neem dan even contact op met info@serverion.com. Het AS nummer 213035 is gigantisch groot en vele duizenden klanten maken hier gebruik van.

The only thing they do is sending eMail SPAM all day long.
When one IP net is blocked they get another ip net so their eMail Scam and Spam customers can send more of it. Great business!
Send many times ABUSEs to them but nothing happens!

For your information, we are not a mailing or marketing company. As transit provider and IP broker there is always some abuse when leasing out IP’s but we revoked lease contracts when abuse occurs.

If you want to fight #spam, bad bots and hackers, deny all subnets from Serverion. They do not care and their abuse mail address is not monitored.

All our abuse mail is monitored every day, we even have a FTE on our abuse department. If you just let us know which IP's are involved, we are happy to take them down and ban the customer. In our abuse messages, we cannot find any mail from *swart*, so let us know which mail you used to send a report and we are happy to take them down instantly.

Don't believe the 4 or 5 star reviews. I bet they are fake. This company got a lot of hackers & spammers clients. My website always bombed or got bruteforce attempts from their IPs. What a cancer! For those who needs to block all their IP networks, use this : " " and copy all their cancer IPs and paste manually on your cPanel .htaccess . Thanks me later!
Helaas een walhalla voor hackers en spammers. Nu weer Brute Force attacks vanaf 4 complete subnetten. Serverion monitort zelf kennelijk niet. Hier gaan ze geisoleerd worden en geblokkeerd

Erg vervelend om te horen, helaas is het zo dat wij als netwerk provider, honderdduizenden IP's hosten op ons netwerk waarvan verreweg het grootste deel van resellers en klanten is. Als u aanvallen krijgt van 4 IP blokken horen wij graag welke dit zijn zodat wij actie kunnen ondernemen en deze IP's kunnen nullrouten en eventueel klanten kunnen afsluiten. Onze VPSsen en Servers veroorzaken geen abuse, dit zijn puur netwerk klanten gezien bij ons alles dicht zit om uberhaupt abuse te kunnen doen. We zullen de blokken op naam van de klanten gaan zetten zodat u uw abuse naar deze partijen kunt sturen.
Mocht u vragen hebben of wilt u deze blokken aanmelden, wilt u deze dan mailen naar info@serverion.com, zoals altijd ondernemen wij direct actie en nullrouten deze na overleg van log files.
