People in managerial positions don't return phone calls, yet want your continued business.. someone should tell them that's not quite how it works..will go elsewhere for next purchase... Mark R... I hope you see this... Just terrible
Let me start off by saying I have been in the car business and as a consumer I HATE buying new vehicles unless It is from BMW. Needed a few things looked at. Said the didn’t have the techs available that day. I would have to bring it back. Like I have that kind of time to be able to drop my vehicle off whenever I needed it looked at.
My sons camaro was stolen and recovered. I had they car taken to Schumacher Chevy in Little Falls. They are nothing short of pros, all of them went out of their way with myself, the car and insurance company to handle everything from start to finish. Especially Tony, he has become my go to person with anything in regards to chevy, true pros pro.
Parts Department never answers the phone and sometimes they purposely disconnect your call. Very bad service here
The management and staff at Schumacher Chevrolet INC, Little Falls NJ are the best! From allowing me to test drive the vehicle I liked (and eventually bought) right off the showroom floor to the knowledgeable, trustworthy, "no pressure" salesman who sold me the car. My car buying experience was smooth and pleasant. This was my fourth vehicle purchased there over the past 12 years and I will keep going back to them for my motor vehicle needs.
I really enjoyed my experience at Schumacher Chevrolet and this is all due to the exceptional customer service I received from John Petrillo. John provided great support to me and my husband and did not pressure us into making any decisions until we were ready to make it. What an easy transaction! I Live in North Carolina. I was up visiting my family and started looking for a truck for my son. I saw this on auto trader. I called them after a couple of times back and forth deal was made over the phone. Grabbed an UBER went and picked it up. Still gives ya that small town dealer feel. Next time I need another car if they have what I want I will make the trip..

Took a walk after lunch. Was in need of a new car, unfortunately someone hit mine and totalled it, saw this interesting color for a car..CACTI GREEN in front of lot.
