Too expensive for too little time. Paying over €30 for just 5 hours is unreasonable, especially for minimum wage earners. In comparison, saunas like Pluto in Essen offer 24-hour access for the same price. The city of Munich should regulate such pricing. We are sorry if you found the price performance ratio to be unsatisfactory. However, we decide on our pricing strategy, the length of stay and the clientele we wish to attract and not the city. We would not like to be used as a cheap hotel and cannot (and do not want to) match the heavily subsidized prices of city baths. If you are price sensitive, we do recommend city-operated options. Please keep in mind, however, that many of the features, which are included in our entry price, are not available there. The comparison with saunas in other cities is somewhat misleading, as Munich is by far the most expensive city in the country.

Только сегодня я посетил эту сауну. Я не знаю Ангийский и немецкий языки. И администратор вел себя со мной ужасно. При людях он сказал, что я русский, и что не знаю язык. Смеялся стоял. Я себя почувствовал униженным. Это ужасно. Как так можно . На обратном пути я хотел ему все высказать , но его уже не было , там был другой парень. Парень на ресепшене вел не себя некрасиво .

Нам жаль, если вы посчитали, что наш сотрудник вёл себя по отношению к вам грубо, хотя то, как вы это описали (сотрудник на ресепшене назвал вас русским и посмеялся над вами по этому поводу), крайне маловероятно и, вероятно, основано на недопонимании, вызванном языковым барьером. У нас большая и интернациональная клиентура, и подобных проблем в общении с ними практически не возникает.

I dont know who is writing bad reviews to this place, because i think its one of the best (if not the only 1) sauna in EU and i visited a lot of them. Stuff is super friendly, speaking english. When somebody stole my towel, while i was busy, i just came to the desk and i didnt even ask for the towel, guy at the reception just saw me and gave me the new towel free of charge without any questions or hesitation.
