Do not go near this company. Had the most horrendous holiday in Italy. The accommodation and food were like a cheap school trip. Wine was served in plastic beakers. They discriminated against me because of my walking restrictions. They lied, lied and then lied again. It was a route march in a coach, were many of the seats were broken. Just back from another fantastic cultural trip of Rhodes Greece then a tour of Anatolia Turkey and back to Rhodes.
I've just returned from the Turkeyi journey & very mixed reviews.The tour guide Umit was very informative.But people skills were not his forte.He had definite anger issues.We realise he wasn't well,but he really shouldn't have been at work.He infected everyone on that coach with coughs/colds.many of us got chest infections & one guy got pneumonia.He was a bully.And clearly liked his own way.When we questioned him he got quite angry & shouted at u…
We we're given a talking down to on our tour because we didn't spend money at the rug factory. Apparently, 'we are on a budget holiday that can only happen because companies bring us over via RSD and we are being highly disrespectful not buying something as they work on commission, we should not talk to each other and not refuse a drink and should buy something as they are on commission ' 'That's how RSD tours get paid to put on these cheap trips…
First thing our guide Abdullah said was that the itinerary had changed totally for our next 7 days. He then listed the changes in a rambling spiel. When asked if we could get a copy he said that he'd given all the necessary information. Any information about where we were staying was supplied only when he decided to give it. I have enjoyed many holidays with RSD. Excellent value for money, well arranged with comprehensive programmes, good ground transfer arrangements, knowledgeable guides, hotels of high standard. RSD UK office staff are very pleasant, helpful, efficient and handle queries quickly. This is one of the best holiday companies around. Highly recommend.

Cappadocia was my second trip with RSD. The scenery was spectacular, especially as we were lucky enough to see snow covered mountains and fairy chimneys dusted in snow. It was a special privilege to witness the whirling dervish ritual. The trip was very well organised and efficient. Angela & I had a really great trip with RSD travel to Rhodes & the Aegean Feb 17-3 Mar, 2026. The weather was kind, a light suntan from when we relaxed on our balconies at 2 nice hotels. History, culture & tradition could best describe our visit. We liked that it was off season with quiet street to meander & it didn't trouble us that some shops & eateries were closed. We went to the Balkans with RSD travel in November 2025 and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. On two days there was a fair bit of coach travel, however we were visiting 4 countries over the week so we expected to be spending time on the coach and it therefore wasn't a problem. The most amazing trip. This may be a scam company i requested a quote they refuse to give it to me. They kept asking for personal details which i suplied and when i requested a quote i got an email to comfirm my booking but yet no quote it all sounds very suspicious the fact that they wont give me a quote despite requestimg it several times too risky and could be scam company
