They are managing very clear the rent process. Everything about renting is easy and clear. Only they send your deposit some late and get approximately 300 euros of deposit for cleaning and for other thingies.

I took a temporary apartment from the company. It was easy in the beginning to sign the contract. Unfortunately the contract terms skew towards their interest, such as they can increase the rent anytime. The apartment was clean and proper, in the center, but we had to live with no exhaust and electricity in bathroom for 1/3rd of our stay until we moved out. Die Mietkonditionen insgesamt wurden eingehalten; allerdings haben wir erfolglos reklamiert, dass im Internetangebot (über homelike.com) eindeutig stand, dass Reinigungskosten im Mietpreis inbegriffen sind. Weder Homelike.com noch WOONWOON / REK sind darauf eingegangen. Entsprechend sind uns fast 400 EUR Reinigungskosten von der Kautionssumme abgerechnet worden. Disastrous experience with this agency which is not paying back our security deposit with no valid reason. We have been struggling for two weeks to get our 618 € back and they simply don't answer our phonecalls and emails.
