I had a parcel delivered by UPS that required a Parcelly code. I hadn't received one. I spoke with Leonard this morning, who has provided me with the code for my parcel within a very quick phone call. Excellent service!
Amazing service. You will never miss a delivery again. The app is very efficient and easy to use. Friendly customer service willing to help at any time. Highly recommendable.
They gave me the wrong address of their local agent, my parcel was refused at that address and the courier sent it back to the retailer, I had to spend my time chasing it up. They don't even know what agents are on their own website. Joke company don't bother with them if you ever want to see your parcels again.
Parcel refused from destination store twice despite email from Laura G at Parcelly stating: "We have called (the store) and they have confirmed they will accept your parcel if you wish to get it redelivered. We have gone through a retraining with them to make sure your parcel will not get rejected again." Have now redirected to local post office and demanded a full refund. DON'T USE PARCELLY! Just awful. Lost my parcel, didn't really understand the issue and when I asked for a refund they cancelled the booking but still waiting for a refund. Update. Three weeks later and another prompting email I was finally refunded. The eBay seller was generous enough to send me a replacement so it was they that were left out of pocket ultimately.
No longer need to work your schedule around your deliveries, Parcelly is the perfect solution
Great Service...using this regulary during my stay in London. Once something went wrong, but the customer support was super fast and really great with a personal touch.
