Alles perfekt! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Versand nach Österreich ging schnell und unkompliziert, und die Preis-Leistung überzeugt auch. In Zukunft gerne wieder! :)
i have an order from parts for my Yamaha tenere and they came Damaged! i contact DHL and they told me they will pay back the seller and still till today from January till May they keep ignoring my email and i have contact them by phone and the asked me to send email again they still not answering and keep ignoring VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!
DHL lost my package so I reported it to OTR that processed the claim but OTR never refunded me and ignored my emails - that is just theft! It's a real shame, especially that spent 8000€ on their site in the past few months! Better avoid this site and find more reliable sources online.
Super Laden, gut ausgewählte Produkte für die Yamaha Tenere 700. Sehr gute Montageanleitungen für die Produkte, zügiger Versand. Das ist nicht nur ein Shop, das sind Motorradfahrer :-)
Bietet 1 Tag versandfertig an, nach 4 Tagen nicht mal eine Versandbestätigung. Statt Ware Geld zurück nach 2 maliger Nachfrage. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Dankeschön aus dem Lipperland Ich brauchte nach Fehlbestellung in einem anderen Shop (eine Mischung aus Dummheit von mir und schlechter Verlinkung im anderen Shop) kurzfristig Heizgriffe für meine Tenere 700. OTR wurde mir von einem Freund empfohlen. Der OTR Shop ist gut aufgebaut. Man kann quasi nicht falsch bestellen. Lieferung innerhalb von ca. 16h mit DHL als Carrier. Alles Prima. Sicher wieder.
The worst online shop ever. First of all they didn't have the part that I ordered and I had to wait them to order it from the main company. Then they send the wrong part to me after the long delay... The worst of all is the apathy and the DONT CARE attitude they had at our communicating via email... DONT BUY FROM THEM ANYTHING!!!
Zunächst mal hat OTR tolles Zubehör für alle Typen von Off-Roadern. Und dann war ein Umtausch, bei dem andere Firmen sich durchaus nicht so kulant verhalten, so völlig easy und schnell erledigt, dass ich echt schwer verblüfft war. Danke dafür. Ganz großes Kino.

these guys are first class, i live in cali and they are the only ones to trust when it comes to international parts, it was quick and not only arrived in a couple weeks (from germany no less) but when yamaha forgot a filter in a package--otr was quick to respond and replace the missing item. once again--a first class act and all my international parts will come from them. keep up the good work guys
Bisher bei allen Bestellungen eine problemlose Abwicklung. Teile waren immer korrekt, Lieferung erfolgte zügig und die Auswahl im Shop überzeugt. Auf den Kundenservice war ich dementsprechend nicht angewiesen. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Ich habe einen Spezialsteckschlüssel für eine 8-Loch Lenkkopflagerschraube für meine Ducati bestellt. Freundlicher Telefonkontakt und schnelle Lieferung. Das Werkzeug macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Alles gut. Besten Dank.
