Leider wird hier vorschnell und entgegengesetzt der so vollmundig auf der Webseite beschriebenen empathischen Vorgehensweise gehandelt. Außer der zwanghaft vorgeschriebenen Dutzerei wurden für mich einschneiden Urteile gefällt, die meine seit Jahren vorgenommene erfolgreiche physiotherapeutische Behandlung von einem Tag zum nächsten beenden sollte. Und dies noch bevor meine Krankenakte komplett vorlag, die ich nach drei Monaten Wartens darauf, da…
Endlich ein Arzt, der meine Ängste ernst genommen hat. Super Praxis in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt, sehr sympathisches und professionelles Team, schnelle und klare Mitteilung der Befunde. Vielen Dank!
Very thankful to have found this practice! Katharina on reception was so warm, welcoming and friendly and I was waiting about 5 minutes before I was seen by Thomas Wicke, possibly the shortest waiting time I have ever experienced in Berlin. Mr. Wicke is extremely friendly, caring and listens to what you have to say. Thank you! I'll gladly be recommending!
Best doctor I have ever been to. Easy to book an appointment, short waiting time and friendly environment. Also the stuff is very capable. It is true you have to be on time, otherwise your appointment will expire but I think that's just fair.
Fantastic place!!! It was very easy to book the appointment, then after I arrived to their lovely clinic, my waiting time was maybe 2 minutes, probably the shortest I ever waited in Germany. My visit was smooth in a very friendly and warm atmosphere, I felt I could trust the doctor, and that he listened to me. I highly recommend this place. PS oh yes, and there is a dog at the reception!!!!
Awful experience. They never tested you before giving prep. They simply give the recept. You need to beg to get a test for STDs. A doctor also made a comment when in three months I went there twice to ask to get tested for a STD. They are not doctors. They really see you as a number.
