I really don’t like leaving negative reviews. However, despite the pleasant atmosphere of the salon, I once again didn’t get what I wanted. Instead of a massage, I had more of a physiotherapy session, and after that, I experienced very strong pain in my back and lower back for three days😩 Additionally, the therapist didn’t touch my arms or legs, even though these areas were included in previous massages. WORST EXPERIENCE IN A STUDIO. I have been a customer in different places but I have never received such a bad treatment from the staff, they treated me like no one cared and everything felt rushed, this place is like a McDonald’s for wellness but with ridiculous prices. I specifically went because I have a chronic back pain and I feel worse than I did before going there. Skip this place
