Overall Neonwood is an ideal place for my needs as a student. Great possibility to meet new and interesting people. The rooms are small but provide all you need. Additionally there is variety of fancy community areas. The 24/7 house gym is perfectly equipped. If you are looking for not only an accommodation, but also a great living experience, then this is the place for you. The shared areas in the building are great with so many options to socialize with other residents. The rooms provide all you need for comfortable living. Safety and order at the property is also at high level. The hospitality and support by house manager Srdan is truly exceptional. A huge thanks for everything.

After moving in, I immediately felt at home at Neon Wood. The apartments are fully equipped, common areas are fancy, quiet location with good public transportation. I’ve stayed with Neon Wood for 2.5 years, and have to say that couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. Srdan and Dean were always there for me in case I needed anything (even after moving out). The only drawback for me was the location. It’s great neighborhood with all the necessities, a.k.a grocery stores (Penny, EDEKA, Rewe), DM, pharmacies, bakeries, u-bahn stations, however, it’s still a bit far from the city center. Really nice place. The gym is awesome, the best Equipment to train and a lot of space downstairs to study or hang out. The managers dean and srdjan are people with a warm heart that will help you out, if you need anything. The grocery store and a great thai restaurant are around the corner. Organised, well planned housing facility with a warm and kind reception and hospitality. Requirements and issues are focussed on as soon as possible and the in house managers are always there to support you throughout. The place also provides great amenities such as a cozy cinema, a spacious study room and a perfect lobby to hangout with friend, along with many others.
The team (Dean and Srdan) was great, they deserve more than 5 stars. On the other hand, the ownership / renting company can be inflexible and unreasonable. Nevertheless, the building was good, rooms convenient, and location suitable.
One of the most beautiful and unforgettable times in my life was the time I spent at NW. I met so many amazing and cool people from different places, and I am so grateful for that. We still meet up today and often miss the times we all spent together in the lobby. A huge thank-you also goes to the reception team, who always made things easier for us and were always there when we needed them <3
