Habe kotflügel für einen w115 bestellt, passen unter alles sau. Leider gibt es anscheinend keinen kompetenten Mitarbeiter um ein Telefon zu bedienen, nach unzähligen anrufen keine Chance jemanden an den Hörer zu bekommen. Auf Emails reagiert ebenfalls keiner. Sehr sehr schwache leistung. Nicht zu empfehlen !!!!!!!! Kotflügel wurde am 18.03.2024 bestellt!!!!!
Ich hatte mir eine Dichtung für mein 129er Hardtop bestellt. Diese war zu lang, also nicht passend. Trotz vieler Telefonate wollte der Anbieter den Umtausch mit allen Mitteln vermeiden. Nach Drohung mit dem Anwalt dann Umtausch, aber auch diese Dichtung passte nicht. Ich habe dann aufgegeben, mit diesem Lieferanten nicht mehr...
Heftig dass ihr es nicht auf die Reihe bekommt den E-Mail Newsletter abzustellen. Ich hab euch schon 3x geschrieben und nein, der Abmeldebutton funktioniert immer noch nicht.

Er ging eerst iets verkeerd waardoor het pakket retour afzender is gegaan, na contact via WhatsApp was dit snel opgelost en was het pakket binnen 3 werkdagen in huis
Missed 4 parts from my order. After many calls and emails replied told me the parts will be ready in few days and since then MIA. No one answers the calls or emails. No parts no refund. Really put in us in trouble with our customer. We had to buy parts elsewhere. Really unprofessional behaviour.

The order was shipped within a few days. A minor issue was resolved fast and professional and MBZ Classicparts replied on email promptly. So all in all, communication was great and the products seems to be in very good quality. I will definitely buy parts from this company again.
