Ich war zum ersten Mal in der Praxis und das bei der Urlaubsvertretung. Die Praxis war stark frequentiert aber da ich einen Termin hatte ging es dann doch recht zügig und nach ca. 1,5 Stunden war ich dann fertig. Das Praxisteam war sehr nett bis auf eine Kollegin die recht genervt wirkte und auch etwas unfreundlich rüber kam. Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Abläufe durchorganisiert. Der Arzt hat alle Fragen beantwortet und dennoch zügig gearbeitet. So waren die Wartezeiten gut erträglich. Vielleicht könnte die Praxis mal bisschen Farbe vertragen.
I was accused of using a false identity when booking an appointment online, simply because I used my first name and first last name, which are part of my full legal name. Gute und freudliche Beratung , konnten leider in diesen Doctor Office auf Grund des Equipments nicht weiterbehandeln.Haben mir aber eine Ueberweisung fuer ein anderes office gegeben. Das war sehr helpful unc spart zeit.
