5 Sterne kann man geben, mehr geht bei Google leider nicht. Schade, denn dieser Laden hätte mehr verdient! Can't believe people are so blatantly racist in this day and age! The servers clearly wouldn't even look at us or acknowledge our presence and kept going to others who came into the cafe after us. We left and won't be coming again! If you don't want to serve people of color then might be keep a sign so people can avoid your cafe! Oh right! That might actually land you in trouble so you rather show subtle racism!
After waiting at the counter for a long time and nobody taking my order, I decided to leave. I am not giving my hard earned money to businesses who clearly haven’t bothered to train their employees to treat customers equally regardless of their skin colour.

Guys please arrange the service outside!!!such unprofessional way, how is it possible to get a table outside and pay inside at the same time when all the tables are taken and there is a line behind! At the same time you have 4 people inside and only one is serving and taking the payments from the customer. 1 is just standing 1 another was checking the stands 1 was working so 2 people just for nothing. Als ich heute gegen 10:30 Uhr das Café betrat, wurde vor mir ein Gast bedient. Ich stelle mich nach ihm zur Bestellung an. Ich hatte die Törtchen Lila und Andalousien gekauft und ich fand beide viel zu süß. Ich habe schon weitaus bessere Küchlein für weniger Geld gegessen. Die Dame an der Theke ist zwar serviceorientiert, aber sie drängt einen zum Kauf und hat auch nicht sehr viel Ahnung von dem, was verkauft wird. Ich würde nicht noch einmal hier herkommen.
Die Macarons sind einfach die Besten! Aber der Service… unmöglich. 30 Minuten vor Schließung wird man sehr unfreundlich behandelt und bekommt nur noch Pappbecher. Eine Karte haben wir auch nicht bekommen.
Das angeblich beste Café in Hessen lt. Feinschmecker, auf keinen Fall ist dies für den teuren Cappuccino gerechtfertigt. Kein guter Schaum, Milch mit H-Milch- Nachgeschmack,Bohnen Röstung so lala, das ist absolutes Mittelmaß.
