Booked on a Sunday failed to pick me up. No phone call response, would not answer texts. Almost missed my flight.
The KMC Roadrunner Airport Shuttle is an excellent service for getting to and from the airport. The ride is comfortable and the driver was very friendly. The only reason I am not giving their service a full 5-star rating is I think the price is a little much for a drive to the airport. Other than that, very reliable.
KMC Roadrunner was on time and very courtesy when they showed up. When I booked the ride they sent me an email confirming the pick up. Which informed me of my drivers name and his contact information. When the driver showed up he started immediately loading the bags into the vehicle. Utilized KMC Roadrunner for three trips to/from Frankfurt Airport on our last visit. Each time the driver was very professional and the company very accommodating. On the first trip to the airport from an outlying village near Kaiserslautern the company neglected to have an infant seat in the vehicle on arrival as requested. Between our driver and another driver they were able to obtain a seat quickly and got us to the airport on time, no issues.…
