While TVs can be useful in some contexts, we have found that our students benefit more from targeted listening and speaking exercises. For audio materials, we use new CD players alongside online listening exercises played via Bluetooth speakers. Many official language learning materials are still distributed on CDs, and our equipment is regularly updated to ensure quality. We combine traditional and digital resources to provide a varied and effective learning experience. If air conditioning and additional multimedia equipment are priorities for you, we recommend schools in the premium segment, where such amenities are standard and reflected in higher course fees. 2. Booking, Cancellation Policy, and Flexibility You and your partner booked a three-month course package, benefiting from a €120 discount. Our cancellation policy, which you agreed to at booking, allows cancellations only up to 14 days before the first course begins. After the first course starts, bookings are binding for the entire package. This policy is standard in the language school sector, especially in budget-friendly schools, and ensures fairness and predictability for all students. Once courses start, we commit resources such as classroom space and teacher assignments based on confirmed enrolments. Ich habe den Konversationskurs gebucht (4 Termine à 80 Euro) in der Hoffnung, mein gesprochenes Deutsch in einer professionell begleiteten Umgebung zu verbessern. Leider wurde ich schwer enttäuscht. Schon beim ersten Termin wirkte alles sehr chaotisch – statt eines klar strukturierten Unterrichts glich es eher einem informellen Sprachcafé. Die Lehrkraft gab keinerlei Themen oder Rahmen vor, wir mussten uns selbst überlegen, worüber wir sprechen

Ich habe hier meine C1 Prüfung abgelegt. Ich bin mit der Schule sehr zufrieden, es war alles sehr gut organisiert, die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und das Ergebnis habe ich sehr schnell bekommen.

Lieber Mohamad, wir haben deine mehrfach hinterlassenen Bewertungen unter verschiedenen Identitäten zur Kenntnis genommen und möchten dazu wie folgt Stellung nehmen: 1. Mehrfache Bewertungen unter verschiedenen Namen Uns ist aufgefallen, dass du insgesamt vier Bewertungen – darunter drei aktuelle sowie eine bereits im Juni 2024 veröffentlichte – unter unterschiedlichen Namen verfasst hast. Dies stellt einen klaren Missbrauch der Bewertungsfunktion dar und verstößt gegen die Nutzungsbedingungen von Google sowie geltendes Recht (§ 5 UWG). 2. Code of Conduct & Kurszulassung Unsere Schule hat klare Verhaltensregeln, die ein respektvolles Miteinander sicherstellen. Leider hast du mehrfach dagegen verstoßen, weshalb wir dich nicht für weitere Kurse zulassen konnten. Dies hat nichts mit Diskriminierung zu tun, sondern mit der Einhaltung unserer Richtlinien. 3. B2-Prüfung & Stornierung Prüfungstermine sind oft schnell ausgebucht. Bei Stornierungen gelten unsere AGB, die du bei der Buchung akzeptiert hast. Rückerstattungen erfolgen entsprechend dieser Vereinbarungen. 4. Vorwürfe zu Unterricht & Kosten Unser Unterricht folgt bewährten Konzepten, einschließlich schriftlicher Aufgaben und Prüfungsvorbereitung. Falls du unzufrieden warst, ist die direkte Kommunikation der richtige Weg, um Lösungen zu finden. Wir bedauern, dass du negative Erfahrungen gemacht hast, können deine Darstellung aber nicht bestätigen.
