Wie immer war ich sehr zufrieden. Am besten gefällt mir in dem Hotel immer die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter:innen. Ich komme gerne wieder.
The location was good, close to the Turkish neiborhood and the typical turisitic locations. Regarding the room it had many downsides. There was not plug available, I had to disconnect the TV to be able to connect the phone charger. Bad noice isolation, I was able to hear all the other guess whenever they talk. Great hotel. Late by a night and offered a free breakfast the next day by the front desk staff. A really great location for working trips. Rooms were clean, a nice size and ambient. Would stay here again on my next work trip to Berlin! Close to lots of key sights and iconic places if you are interested in spending an hour or two doing touristy things while having limited time in Berlin.

Great stay in a great location! The breakfast buffet was well stocked, especially since my wife and I are vegan, and the hotel had vegan cheese, lunchmeat and spreads readily available. Oat milk latte was delicious and the staff was eager make me two each morning. Ich war für zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel und ich habe mehrfach das Zimmer wechseln müssen– aber es half alles nicht. Jedes einzelne war auf seine Weise verschmutzt. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel, gerade wenn man dafür Geld bezahlt. An der Rezeption wurde ich mit meinen Anliegen nicht ernst genommen. Statt Lösungen gab es nur Ausflüchte. Die reinste Katastrophe! Alles Plastik, ein billiges Bett im Zimmer sonst nichts. Die Matratze Schrott! Der Preis für die Unterkunft….. geht überhaupt nicht. Schade.🤷♂️
