Ich würde keinem Empfehlen hier einzuziehen. Viel zu viele Probleme mit der Wohnung. Das Apartment war insgesamt zu empfehlen. Für mich war die Temperatur leider etwas zu hoch, das zeigt aber ja auch eine gute Isolieriung. Zudem waren die Aufzüge öfter ohne Information außer Betrieb.

Fationa and Fitz was a great help in the whole process, while it is expensive and they are finnicky about deposit etc. finding an apartment in Germany as an foreigner without actually being here normally impossible, yet the I live team made it possible for us. And overall apart from expenses it was a great experience. So if you have the budget for it, I would definitely recommend it!

Schreckliche Erfahrung (siehe andere schlechte Bewertungen, von denen die meisten ich auch persönlich erlebt), wobei Geld von Studenten zu exorbitanten Preisen. Während ich check out, die verantwortliche Person ließ uns zwei Stunden warten, dann zu meinem Zimmer kam und sogar mit einem Freund am Telefon auf Spanisch sprach.Hausmeister war die einzige gute Person.
