Do not book here with your family before/after PCSing if you have a cat! This hotel needs to change from saying “pet friendly” on websites if you aren’t going to allow cats! Say dog friendly then so you don’t waste our time, money, and energy! I booked for a €144 same day room due to my flight being cancelled for myself, my husband, and my cat. Dear Guest, Thank you for your review, and I would like to personally clarify this matter. Unfortunately, we have no influence on how Booking.com describes its pet policy, meaning it doesn't differentiate between cats and dogs, only pets in general. However, Booking.com also states that this only happens after consultation and must therefore be confirmed by the hotel, as we generally only have a very limited number of pet-friendly rooms available. However, you have not received this confirmation from us. Since our hotel is of high quality and we have consistently had only negative experiences with cats and damage, I have decided to no longer accommodate cats in our hotel. I understand your frustration about the situation, but I cannot confirm that this cancellation came at short notice. It came shortly after your reservation and almost 6 hours before the earliest possible check-in. In summary, circumstances over which we have little to no control have led to your review, which does not do justice to our service and quality. My husband and I have stayed at the Hotel Circle two time in the past year. I can’t say enough about the experience. The hotel, its staff, rooms and breakfasts are truly amazing. We will continue to stay at Hotel Circle for the duration of my son’s tour.
