I took apartment from hope apartments i still waiting for my deposit from last 6 months i mail many times but they did nt reply where can i go for my deposit?
I lived here for 6 months. The apartment layout was exactly as shown in the photos, and the location was great. However, I was very disappointed with the deposit return process. I never received an inventory list when I moved in, yet they charged my deposit for a "missing" item that was never even in the apartment during my stay. Stayed in one of their apartment for around a year. Things were nice and went well till the time came when they had to return the deposit amount. Apart from the agreed 250 Eur for cleaning they charged me for bed, pillows etc. looking at the other reviews here, its very similar and has a pattern. My advice would be to have a legal insurance that also covers conflicts with landlord before renting from them, that too if you are out of other options…
We had a very negative experience with this agency. Cleaning fee for 50m2 apartment (2 months of rent) was 350 euro (!) without any proof from cleaning agency. It's ridiculous! Strongly not recommended.

worst experience ever. Whole place was filthy and didnt look new like it did in pictures. Completely disgusting place. A lot was held together with duct tape. Very bad communication with Hope Apartments - not processing complaints or refunds. Very rude on the telephone, would warn anyone agains using this company.

In einer Stadt wie Berlin, in der fast nichts mehr funktioniert, ist es ein Segen, einen Dienstleister wie HOPE Apartments zu haben. Und es endet nicht damit, dass die Wohnungen geschmackvoll eingerichtet sind. Wenn es Probleme gibt, werden die auch wirklich gelöst. Ich habe schon mehrfach mit der Firma gearbeitet und kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Man merkt, dass sich hier jemand richtig viele Gedanken gemacht hat, um die Apartments gemütlich aber auch zweckmäßig einzurichten. Dazu noch die gute Betreuung. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. 👍
No stars for them I rented a 2 zimmer in Lichtenberg to live with my newborn and spouse. To start about their careless attitude 1.
