HomeCompany ist eine freundliche und professionelle Agentur und hat mir eine Wohnung in der GEORGENSTR.142 vermittelt. Nach Auszug und Abnahme der sauberen und von mir geputzten 4 Zimmer Wohnung durch die Agentur, behauptete der Vermieter 1 Woche später, die Wohnung sei dreckig hinterlassen worden und behielt
833 € (!) von der Kaution für das Putzen der Wohnung ein !!! Also Vorsicht, zumindest bei diesem Objekt !

Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass Sie mit der Rechnung für die Endreinigung nicht zufrieden sind. Ich kann gut nachvollziehen, dass dies ärgerlich ist.
In diesem Fall ist die Durchführung der Reinigung vertraglich geregelt. Der Vermieter entscheidet, ob er ein eigenes Reinigungsteam beauftragt. In der Mehrheit der von uns betreuten Wohnungen arbeiten wir mit unserer vertrauten Reinigungsfirma zusammen, jedoch ist dies leider nicht in allen Fällen möglich.
