Die Damenduschen funktionieren nicht und sind alles andere als sauber. Außerdem ist es in dem Studio extrem warm. Bitte verbessert die Klimaanlage oder erlaubt es die Fenster großflächig zu öffnen.

sehr unfreundliche Kundenservice. Ich habe seit gestern versucht für meine Frage eine Antwort zu bekommen. Ich habe gestern und heute 3 mal telefoniert. Der Mann, der heute mit mir telefoniert hat, der ist schlimmste. Warum ruft der Kunde an Kundenservice an, weil wir eine Antwort für eine unklare Frage zu bekommen. Die Holmes Place Health Clubs GmbH - Office Berlin scheint ein offensichtliches Problem mit Kommunikation zu haben und daran auch nicht arbeiten zu wollen. It’s the best place in Berlin. Have a great sauna and a pool, equipments are clean and well maintained.
The fitness area is nice and people are friendly but most of the showers in the mens change room are broken and the ones in the spa-area are broken for a while now. For a “premium” studio this is not acceptable. Only answer from the front desk staff was “we don’t know when it will be fixed”!
Positiv: Handtuchservice und privater Schrank gegen Bezahlung. Negativ: Duschen und Umzugsbereiche stark abgenutzt. Sanierung wäre dringend nötig. Duschen im Saunabereich sind ständig überschwemmt, überfüllt und schmutzig. Es gibt kaum Platz im Ruhebereich. Für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten und man bekommt bei anderen Clubs auch mehr. Das Angebot ist so leider nicht mehr konkurrenzfähig.
