Ich fühle mich in der Praxis in guten Händen und man bekommt alles problemlos ohne tausend Termine auszumachen, Frau Clemens ist sehr einfühlsam wirklich Top Ärztin und auch mit den anderen des Teams nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. 💪

Ich war bei Dr. Clemens, da ich durch Umzug meine Praxis gewechselt habe und ich muss sagen: ich bin super begeistert! Es wurde sich so viel Zeit genommen, alle waren extrem freundlich, Dr. Clemens war einfach super kompetent und ist auf alles eingegangen. In general the Praxis works and the nurses can take your blood properly (been to another praxis nearby where this was not the case). However, if you need them for your Health Insurance (Gesundheitcheck), forget about it. It’s the second time I have issues with the Insurance because they miss something in the document (I.e Date). To add insult to injury, they don’t apologize for the mistake nor learn from it.

I visited all 3 doctors time behind 2 different issues (fluw and osteopathy). All of them are top! Simply - attentive professionals. The reception is very kind and helpful as well. The only improvement I would recommend - email address on top of telephone number. Though I assume the limited connection opps might be deliberate.

Doctor Schmidt is the best doctor I have ever seen, very sympathetic and attentive to the patients. Sie spricht auch Englisch und erklärt alles sehr klar!

I saw Dr. Clemens several times in a single week for various checks. She's been incredibly informative, patient, and helpful.
